This is the first thing to get neglected when life gets busy, which is exactly what happened a few weeks ago when…
…midterms came and went and then a new clinical started and I got all overwhelmed with new and more assignments and then Husband went to Costa Rica for a med school class for a week on spring break and then I went to Florida with some nursing school friends for a week and then I got returned from vacation like a deer in headlights as I realized how much I have to do for the next five weeks before the semester is over aaaaand…
…thus the blog got neglected.
I swear I don't even mean to stop writing. I mean, for heaven's sake, I should really keep blogging during these crazy moments so I can look back on all this chaos and give myself a pat on the back for surviving it all. But, unfortunately, when the going gets tough, I neglect blogging. Exercise seems to go out the window as well when life gets hectic and school takes over, which is really just sad, since it's quite a mood-lifter and stress-buster.
But.
Anyway.
I'm still here. I'm still plugging along.
I actually returned from my spring break vacation just this past Saturday morning. I should really get to writing a post on the specifics so I don't forget anything...maybe I'll start that and add to it as time goes by and eventually post it with photos when I'm done…
…which should be about six months from now, okay? Okay.
